The labels were formed for artists discovered by Frank Zappa and his business partner/manager Herb Cohen. In a mere five years of existence, the labels released albums by The Mothers of Invention, Wild Man Fischer, Alice Cooper, Tim Buckley, Captain Beefheart and more.
